Ikebana (floral arrangement) Meditation

Guests will engage in a conversation about mindfulness meditation and the science behind moving meditations through kinesthetic and tactile practices. We will then set an intention through a guided meditation activating our breath and engaging our senses. We will carry this intention into our ikebana practice. Guests will select blooms from our curated flower bar of the freshest and most stunning blooms on the market. Guests will take part in a beginner-friendly ikebana (Japanese floral arrangement) class. All tools will be provided + option to purchase your ikebana bowl (suiban). Your ticket purchase does not include the purchase of your ikebana set up to take home practice and enjoy. However, you will be able to use all necessary tools during the experience. Throughout the experience, guests will enjoy complimentary & sustainably sourced international teas ✨ At the end of the event, guests will receive a take-away gift bag to carry their selected florals! A follow-up questionnaire will be shared, offering guests the opportunity to participate in Moai Wellness Club’s ongoing study on positive psychology, human motivation, and the impact of mindfulness practices.
