South Asians in Sports presents a special NYC screening of LEFTY, written, produced by, and starring SAIS member Seth Mohan. About LEFTY A lifelong drifter struggling with addiction and anxiety learns to grow up when cricket becomes his unlikely path to recovery. Join us for an evening of film, conversation, and community as we screen the 25-minute short film, followed by a fireside chat with Seth and an audience Q&A. We’ll talk about the story behind LEFTY, Seth’s experience writing, producing, and starring in the film, and how cricket became central to a story about recovery and growing up. After the conversation, stick around for open networking and a chance to connect with Seth and fellow attendees. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the venue.
