MILF Club

MILF Club is a quarterly gathering to celebrate moms in all phases of parenthood; pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. It's a chance to move together, connect, and spend an afternoon with other moms who get it. This isn't about fitness level. We just know we all feel a little better when we move. What to expect: A gentle 45-minute class designed for pre and postnatal bodies (every stage, every level, go at your own pace) Time to connect with other moms in the neighborhood Light bites and refreshments after class A goodie bag to take home Babies from 6 weeks to crawling are welcome to join you Mats and water provided Your hosts:Led by Kat Zenger-Atienza, Winks Gym's pre and postnatal trainer, alongside Winks co-founder Lia Mimica. Kat specializes in prenatal and postpartum training, and her focus is helping moms feel good in their bodies again with movement that fits into real life. We're both moms that know how important community is in this season of life. MILF Club is our way of bringing moms together: to move, to talk, and to leave with a few new friends who understand. The space:Winks Gym is a holistic fitness studio in Greenpoint, with a focus on longevity and whole-body wellbeing. For the afternoon, the floor is yours. Feed or change your baby whenever you need to, take a break, and come back in when you're ready. Know before you go: Elevator access is available, however stroller parking is very limited. If you plan to bring your baby, please bring a blanket for them to lay on. You can also bring a baby carrier if you want to wear them for the workout. No shoes allowed on the gym floor.
