About our Hosts: Pooja Kothari is the founder of Boundless Awareness, an equity and anti-oppression consulting firm that helps organizations create honest, inclusive cultures. A former public defender turned facilitator, she brings empathy, rigor, and lived experience to every space she leads. As a queer, first-generation South Asian woman and parent of two, Pooja draws from her own intersections to inspire others to live authentically and lead with courage. After 15+ years leading People strategy across the US, UK and EU (clean energy through M&A, ed tech through IPO, video games through international expansion), she now runs her own practice, coaches at the New York Public Library, and writes a newsletter about work and the stories we tell ourselves about it.
