The Fall Shift

THE FALL SHIFT 🍁 A seasonal reset for mind + body Join us for evening dedicated to slowing down, turning inward and intentionally making space for the season. Inspired by autumn’s natural rhythm of release and going inward, we’ll move through three practices designed to create more space in the body, mind and daily rituals; letting go of what we no longer need and considering what we want to invite in next. MOVEMENT WITH ARDEN We’ll begin in the body with a grounding meditation followed by gentle, heart-opening movement. We’ll create more physical space to breathe, reconnect and arrive fully in the present moment. MINDSET WITH FAITH From there, Faith will guide us through journaling and mindset work centered around reflection, release and intention. SEASONAL RITUAL WITH THALIA Thalia will introduce us to the season through a TCM lens and guide us in making personalized bath salts inspired by Autumn, creating a ritual to take home and continue the shift beyond the evening.
