The vibes are: deep, catharsis, alchemy, power, inner light, mystery, juicy, creative, psychic. ☆ PART 1: COSMIC WEATHER FORECAST We’ll open up our circle by speaking intentions into existence. Our astrology fairy Eden will start us off by informing us about the current cosmic climate: what to lean into, what to leave behind, and how to make the most of Scorpio energy. ☆ PART 2: REIKI-INFUSED BREATHWORK JOURNEY After astrological insight, we’ll lie down and journey inward through a reiki-infused breathwork practice, a soft yet intense, playful yet disciplined, cathartic release and renewal. Guided by Mina’s voice and soundscape of airy, whimsical music, increasing bpms and spatial audio, your breath becomes the bridge between body and intuitive access. Gentle rhythmic breathing invites sensations of tingling, vibration, and expansion as stuck energy begins to move. This isn’t about “doing it right," it’s about letting yourself explore energy that's been stored in your body and psyche with non-judgmental curiosity. Reiki energy simultaneously blankets the room and flows to wherever you need it most. Mina and Eden will offer hands-on subtle energetic adjustments for further relief and balancing. ☆ PART 3: INTEGRATION, STILLNESS, AND JOURNALING After the breathwork, we’ll drop into a rest to ground and integrate the energy. Reiki will continue to flow through the room and provide an extra oomph of love. Thoughtful journal prompts will be provided to help you crystalize your breathwork insights. A Los Angeles native turned Brooklyn creative, she’s been holding healing space since 2016.Mina’s work is inclusive, collaborative, and playful. Sweetie Pie Angel Club isn’t just about healing, but also about expression, community, and connection. Mina curates music-forward Reiki-infused breathwork events, collaborates with various interdisciplinary artists, and teaches regularly at Maha Rose and Reforesters Laboratory. She sees clients privately (online and in Bushwick), and also leads Reiki trainings. Clients describe Mina as genuine, warm, and able to hold big space without rigidity. She believes spirituality doesn’t have to be dogmatic — it can be soft, experimental, intuitive, and fluid. Eden Sky Orion is an NYC-based astrologer, writer, and mind-body guide helping those on the edge of change find clarity and confidence in their next steps. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Columbia University and works at the intersection of astrology, depth psychology, somatics, and holistic wellbeing. Her work ranges from 1:1 readings and mentorship to Pilates & meditation classes, courses, and retreats.
