The GATI Dialogue

The GATI Dialogue brings together a select group of global leaders, from governments, funders, multilateral institutions, employers and ecosystem organisations, for a closed-door conversation on building the infrastructure behind global skills mobility. We'll explore a shift already underway: labour migration has long been shaped by development gaps and distress. A new wave is emerging, driven by demography, as fast-ageing, high-income economies face structural workforce shortages. How should governments, employers and institutions prepare, and what does readiness look like on both sides of the corridor? About GATIGATI (Global Access to Talent from India) is a philanthropically funded foundation building the institutional infrastructure — qualifications, ethical recruitment, language training, financing and trusted pathways — that lets India's youth move abroad for work with dignity and safety. GATI's goal: make India the world's "Global Skills Mobility" capital.
