This experience is a sanctuary, a safe haven away from the noise. 2 hours of total bliss designed to help you pause, exhale, and be poured into. The evening begins with a slow yoga flow and closes with a soothing sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other percussion to help melt away stress and reset your nervous system. The yoga will be slow and designed to meet you where you are, no matter your experience level. It will be gentle, but you may experience moments of heat. Is there a train nearby? Yes, many.
