Blindfolded Dance and Sound Bath

This 90-minute embodied movement experience is an invitation to step away from the outside world and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, sound, and sensation. We’ll begin with a 50-minute blindfolded movement journey, incorporating elements of ecstatic dance, somatic breathwork, and guided visualization. With your eyes covered, you’re invited to quiet the mind, release expectations, and explore expression without judgment or the pressure to perform. There is no choreography and no “right” way to move. This is about listening inward, trusting your body, and allowing movement to emerge from pure feeling. We’ll then transition into a 15-minute soothing crystal bowl sound bath, creating space to slow down, ground, and integrate. Come dressed in something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Bring water, a blanket or something cozy to lie on, and an open heart. 💫 Come as you are. Move how you need.
