Rather than asking you to immediately become still, we begin with the body. THE JOURNEY BREATHE We begin with guided conscious breathing to bring attention out of the mind and into the body. MOVE The music builds as we transition into intentional movement. Shake, stretch, sway, dance, spiral or allow your body to choose what it needs. FLOW Structure begins to disappear. The lights lower. The music takes over. This is your time to explore intuitive movement and sensation without choreography or expectation. Eyes may close. Movements may become tiny or expansive. You are invited to notice where your attention naturally travels and what shifts when you stop trying to control the experience. CENTER We gradually return to stillness with grounding, body awareness and integration. HypnoFlow explores the idea that sometimes the easiest path into meditation isn't becoming still first. Sometimes we need to breathe, move and flow before the mind is ready to become quiet.
