Through intentional breathing, rhythmic movement, grounding practices and sound, you’ll be guided to release stored tension, reconnect with your body ++ tap into a deeper sense of vitality and personal power. Rooted in African-centered practices and an embodied approach to healing, the experience creates space to move freely, breathe deeply and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
