We’ll combine restorative yoga with recovery-focused meditation and finish with a relaxing sound healing experience. Whether you’re in recovery, supporting someone in recovery, or simply looking for a peaceful space to reset your mind and body, you are welcome. 💛 October 1st, 2026 | 6:30PM📍 Fit , Restorative Yoga • Meditation • Sound Healing Your particpation gives back! 1/3 of the proceeds will be donated to Ashland Home.
