Restoring Ease - Sacred Rest with Blanca Wright

Together, we will create space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through guided meditation, restorative yoga, and intentional rest, participants will be invited to explore practices that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of inner safety. In a world that often asks us to stay in survival mode, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, exhale, and receive the nourishment of collective care. Our time together will close with a guided meditation to support integration, grounding, and restoration. You are invited to come exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded, restored, and connected to both yourself and the collective healing that becomes possible in community.
