Buffalo Fine Craft & Vendor Expo - Call For Vendors Date & Time: October 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM (Eastern Time) Location: Buffalo Convention Center We are now accepting applications for fine art and craft vendors including artists, woodworkers, jewelers, ceramicists, and handmade creators for our upcoming expo. This event offers a high-traffic venue with a strong local buyer presence. Vendor categories are capped to avoid market saturation, ensuring a diverse and engaging shopping experience for attendees. We actively market the event through targeted ads, newsletters, and press releases to maximize turnout. Vendors will enjoy dedicated load-in/load-out support, complimentary morning coffee and snacks, private restrooms, and professional on-site photography providing free high-resolution images for social media promotion. Booth options include standard and double sizes, with optional table, chair, and power rentals available.
