A crystal bowl sound bath is a meditative, immersive experience where participants lie down and listen to resonant sounds produced by bowls made quartz crystal. Being bathed in the sounds from these bowls promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and are often described as a "meditative massage" for the body and mind.
