Special Needs & Sibling Support Group: 7-Session Fun, Food & Fitness

For individuals ages 10+ with special needs and their siblings featuring cooking, fitness, friendship, and hands-on activities. 💛 Free program 📍 1530 Colvin Blvd, Tonawanda, NY Registration through our website is required. Register for All Sessions Register for One Session Capacity is limited to 15 participants. Join us at Laurel's for Fun, Food & Fitness, a seven-session support group for individuals ages 10+ with special needs and their siblings. Through cooking, fitness, friendship, and hands-on activities, participants will build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. Throughout the series, participants will explore cooking and nutrition while enjoying a variety of fitness activities like include Karate, Yoga, and Zumba! We highly recommend attending our Kitchen Safety Workshop on August 19 before the series begins.
