Turning Skies: Seasonal Sights Brought to Life

A guided and interactive tour of our late summer and early fall night sky presented live with our amazing starball. Join us beneath the dome for a live journey through the September and early October night sky! Guided by a planetarium educator, you’ll learn to recognize the stars, constellations, planets, and other celestial objects visible during the changing season. You’ll explore the sky in real time with a presenter who can answer questions, point out what to look for, and share the stories and science behind the sights overhead. Whether you’re a longtime stargazer or just learning your way around the night sky, this live planetarium experience will help you look up with a whole new perspective. Program length is one hour. Children under 5 are not permitted. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before show time, because late arrivals may not be seated for safety reasons in our darkened planetarium.
