Breathwork, Tea, and Tarot

Enjoy a relaxing evening to unwind and soften into your body, receive intuitive guidance, and connect to community in a safe, cozy space. Join Gabby Turner (G the Green Witch) for a somatic breathwork and Reiki energy-healing practice to reconnect with your body, mind, and heart. After breathwork, connect and commune with your new breathwork family as we integrate and relax together with handcrafted herbal tea, oracle cards, journaling, and cozy candlelit vibes. All attendees will also receive a personal mini tarot reading from Gabby to help integrate their experience. Please bring comfortable clothing and something to journal with. **Please note: there will be some photos and videos taken at this event. If you do not want to be photographed/recorded, please let me know at check-in, and your request for privacy will be honored accordingly. Breathwork is a self-healing practice that utilizes dynamic breath to safely release stuck energy, emotions, and chronic inflammation from the body. Breathwork empowers you to integrate and transcend stories of trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, shame, and stress by healing on a deep subconscious and nervous system level. Breathwork Groups may not be the right fit for you if... 1. You have a history of acute complex PTSD, panic attacks, and require a high level of 1:1 support 2. You've recently been hospitalized due to psychiatric disorders 3. You're prone to seizures 4. You have a sensory processing disorder(particularly to sound) If you identify with any of the above, a private 1:1 healing session might be a better fit. Always consult your medical/mental health provider before practicing Breathwork.
