Candle and Sound Meditation to infuse your creation with your intentions for the holiday season and beyond. Join us at Silhouette Island Sanctuary for a warm and restorative autumn experience that brings together creativity, reflection, and immersive sound healing. The changing season invites us to slow down, reconnect, and create space for greater comfort and grounding. During this three-hour experience, you will be guided through the process of creating your own handcrafted seasonal candle while reflecting on the warmth, light, and intention you would like to carry into the months ahead. After completing your candle, you will be invited to settle into a guided meditation and immersive sound bath inspired by the warmth of autumn. The soothing vibrations of sound will create space for deep rest, renewal, and integration. Each guest will leave with a handcrafted candle and a meaningful reminder to continue creating moments of presence and restoration at home. This experience is open to everyone. Chair seating and space for guests who prefer to rest on a mat will be available during the meditation and sound bath.
