September Women’s Council Pilates & Coffee Catch Up

Because the women building businesses, serving clients, leading organizations and strengthening our communities deserve space to care for themselves, too. Join us at Pilates Addiction Dr. Phillips for an intimate morning centered around movement, body awareness, self-care, sisterhood and connection. Whether this is your first time on a reformer or Pilates is already part of your wellness routine, this experience is designed to meet you where you are. No Pilates experience is necessary. And because we're keeping this first experience intentionally intimate, space is limited to only 24 women. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES Reformer Pilates ExperienceParticipants will rotate through an approximately 30-minute guided reformer experience led by the Pilates Addiction team, incorporating movement, breath, body awareness and education. Wellness + Self-CareA little space to slow down, tune in and reconnect with yourself. Coffee, Catchup + SisterhoodConnect beyond transactions, titles and business cards. Meet, laugh, catch up and build relationships with women across our real estate and mortgage community. Light Bites + RefreshmentsEnjoy light nourishment and refreshments throughout the morning.
