A restorative day of healing, education, empowerment, and connection for women living with and beyond breast cancer. A Day of Healing, Hope and Connection Healing is more than a physical journey. It is also about reconnecting with yourself, finding support, embracing your changing experiences, and discovering what it means to move forward with confidence and compassion. Women's Day of Healing is a thoughtfully curated retreat created especially for women living with and beyond breast cancer. Set within the peaceful surroundings of a private sanctuary in Clermont, Florida, this special gathering invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and dedicate a day to your own well-being. Whether you are navigating treatment, adjusting to life after treatment, or exploring what healing means for you now, this experience offers a welcoming space to feel seen, supported, and connected. WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities to explore healing through education, reflection, and meaningful connection. Education and Empowerment Gain insights and resources to support your well-being throughout your journey. Intimacy, Connection and Confidence Join an important featured conversation exploring intimacy, relationships, and confidence through treatment and beyond. Mindfulness and Emotional Well-Being Experience practices that encourage presence, self-compassion, and emotional connection. Restorative Healing Experiences Create space to slow down, nurture yourself, and reconnect with your body and spirit. Community and Connection Spend time alongside women who understand the unique experiences of living with and beyond breast cancer. WHY WE CREATED THIS DAY Women's Day of Healing is a collaborative initiative presented by Authentic Life Journey, Breast Cancer Coach LLC, and the Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida. Together, we recognize that the breast cancer journey encompasses so much more than medical treatment. Our shared intention is to create an experience that honors the whole woman, supporting her emotional, physical, and personal well-being while fostering meaningful connections and community. THIS DAY IS FOR YOU You do not need to be at a particular stage of healing, have all the answers, or arrive feeling a certain way. Come exactly as you are. This is your invitation to receive support, discover new perspectives, connect with others, and experience a day intentionally created with you in mind.
