Intentional New Year workshop to help you reconnect with your inner compass. When we slow down, clarity finds us. This intentional New Year experience combines guided journaling + Tea, grounding breathwork, Yoga Nidra and a restorative sound bath to help you reconnect with your inner compass. Rather than focusing on external goals, we’ll explore how you want to feel, what you’re ready to release, and what you’d like to nurture moving forward. This class offers space for reflection, rest, and quiet confidence as you step into the new year. 26875 Live Oak Ln Idyllwild, CA 10am -12pm About the Teacher: Liliana is the founder of Lalitanand Yoga, a yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and additional training in therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and sound healing. Her approach is shaped by years of personal practice and training with Keith Donahue, who studies with Dr. Joe Dispenza. Her passion is exploring how yoga, meditation, and intentional breathwork can help us recognize habitual thoughts and responses and practice new ways of being. In yoga, these deeply rooted patterns are called samskaras. Liliana brings both her training and her lived experience of working with these patterns to her teaching.
