Sunset Reset: Somatics & Sound (Indoor Flow, Meditation & Sound Bath)

Ground into the rhythms of nature with a 90-minute nervous system reset through embodied movement, Yoga Nidra, and a restorative Sound Bath. 🌕 Sunset Reset: Somatics & Sound As the sun sets for the evening, join us at Heirloom East Bay for an evening of movement, rest, and resonance. This 90-minute immersive experience begins with gentle somatic and grounding movement to help release tension, reconnect to the body, and regulate the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation before settling into an immersive sound bath designed to invite stillness, softening, and deep rest. Surrounded by nature, animals, and the quiet rhythm of the farm, this is an invitation to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect — with yourself, your breath, and the land beneath you. What might become clearer when you give yourself permission to pause? What can you notice when you stop trying to figure everything out? Whether you are seeking calm, clarity, restoration, or simply a pause from the pace of daily life, this evening is designed to help you reset and return home to yourself. 🌾 Event Details Wednesday, October 21st | 7:00–9:00 PM 🚪 Doors open at 6:45 PM 📍 Heirloom East Bay — Indoor at the Event Workshop Building Please arrive on time.
