Slow down. Move your body. Create with your hands. Renew and prepare for the transition into fall and winter. Join us for an intimate 3-hour outdoor mini-retreat in a private setting, combining yoga practice, creative crafts, and group coaching. As we transition into autumn, this gathering provides a dedicated space to: Slow down to take a break from everyday life. Connect with your body, creativity, deepest needs, and inner wisdom. Renew as we transition to Fall and prepare for a quieter period, letting go of what no longer serves you so you can better meet your own needs and restore your energy and vitality. What to Bring: Comfortable layers / yoga attire suitable for morning outdoor temperatures Personal yoga mat (optional - extra mats will be available) Sweat towel (optional) Water bottle Personal journal and favorite pen An open mind and a willingness to pause Refreshments and craft supplies will be provided.
