Who doesn't love a good breakdown? Come flow with us with a special playlist built around some fun upcoming shows! This one hour class includes a beginner level flow set to a metal music playlist heavy on the Saosin/LMTF/Atreyu/August Burns Red/Underoath! You don't have to have yoga experience to appreciate this event and the community that comes with it! If you do have your own yoga mat, please bring it along! You will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating so please arrive fifteen minutes early. Gates for this event will close at 11:55 a.m. and no entries after that will be allowed due to location restrictions.
