Solfeggio Frequency Journey

A 60-Minute Guided Energy Experience with Mama Agape Sometimes your body is tired. Sometimes your mind simply will not stop. And sometimes what you need is not another thing to figure out, fix, process, or accomplish. You need somewhere to be guided, breathe, listen, and let yourself soften. Join Jenny “Mama Agape” Mitchell at Lightwork Lounge for a deeply restful guided meditation through the nine Solfeggio frequencies, blending music, visualization, breath, intentional silence, and sound into an experience designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with a quieter place within yourself. You do not need to know anything about Solfeggio frequencies. You do not need to be “good” at meditation. And you do not need to force yourself to have a spiritual experience. Your only invitation is to get comfortable, follow the guidance, and receive the experience in whatever way feels natural to you. ✨ What the Experience Feels Like The journey begins with a gentle guided descent into relaxation, giving your body time to settle and your mind something simple to follow. From there, you will be guided into an imagined inner sanctuary before moving gradually through nine Solfeggio tones. Each frequency is paired with imagery, breath, and an intentional theme so that you are not simply listening to a series of tones. You are being guided through an unfolding meditation experience. There may be moments of sound. Moments of visualization. Moments of breath. And moments where nothing is required of you except stillness. 🌿 The Nine Frequencies Within this meditation, the Solfeggio tones are traditionally associated with themes such as: ✨ 174 Hz Grounding, comfort, and a sense of safety ✨ 285 Hz Restoration, renewal, and connection with the physical body ✨ 396 Hz Creating space around fear, guilt, grief, and emotional heaviness ✨ 417 Hz Change, transition, and releasing old patterns ✨ 528 Hz Love, creativity, transformation, and renewal ✨ 639 Hz Connection, harmony, and relationships ✨ 741 Hz Clarity, expression, and inner truth ✨ 852 Hz Intuition, awareness, and inner alignment ✨ 963 Hz Unity, spiritual connection, and contemplation of the Divine These associations are used as meditative intentions, rather than promises of a specific physical or emotional outcome. Each tone becomes a doorway into reflection, imagery, and deeper listening. 🤍 There Is No Correct Way to Experience It You may notice warmth. You may experience emotion. You may see vivid imagery. You may feel tingling or spaciousness. You may simply become very relaxed. You may even fall asleep. All of it is welcome. This is not a performance. You are not expected to “feel” every frequency, see colors, receive messages, or achieve a particular state. Sometimes the most valuable experience is simply realizing that, for a little while, your mind became quieter and your body finally stopped bracing. 🌙 A Familiar Journey That Is Never Exactly the Same The foundational meditation through the nine frequencies remains consistent, but each gathering has room to breathe. Certain themes, visualizations, periods of silence, or frequencies may receive a little more attention depending upon the season, the atmosphere of the gathering, and what feels most supportive for the group. That means you can return to this experience more than once and still encounter something different within it. The structure may be familiar. You will not necessarily be the same person meeting it. ✨ This Experience May Be Especially Supportive If You Are Craving 🌿 A quieter mind 🌿 Time away from constant stimulation 🌿 Emotional breathing room 🌿 Deep relaxation 🌿 Greater inner clarity 🌿 Creative renewal 🌿 Reconnection with yourself 🌿 A gentle spiritual practice that does not require you to already know what you are doing Many people use guided meditation and sound-based wellness practices to support relaxation, mindfulness, reflection, and emotional well-being. Every person's experience is different. 🌿 Beginners Are Absolutely Welcome No previous experience with meditation, sound work, energy practices, or Solfeggio frequencies is required. You may lie down or remain comfortably seated. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring whatever will help your body feel supported, such as: ✨ A blanket ✨ Pillow or bolster ✨ Eye covering ✨ Water bottle ✨ Comfortable layers The goal is to create a place where your body does not have to work hard to stay comfortable. 🕯️ Please Arrive 10 to 15 Minutes Early Give yourself enough time to arrive without rushing. Early arrival allows you to use the restroom, choose your place, arrange your comfort items, settle your body, and begin transitioning away from the outside world before the meditation begins. We begin together at the scheduled start time. Arriving early is a simple way to honor yourself, the facilitator, the space being created, and the other people sharing the experience with you. Advance registration is encouraged to reserve your place. Come as you are. Get comfortable. Let yourself be guided. Follow the sound inward. And for a little while, give yourself permission to stop doing... and simply listen.
