Join Ashley Furlong, Integrative Health Practitioner and Founder of Whole Health Studio, and Leah Wright, Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, for an intimate, interactive 90-minute workshop designed for couples who are preparing to conceive, thinking about growing their family, or experiencing challenges along their fertility journey. Together, Ashley and Leah will create a welcoming space to explore the things we wish we knew before preparing for a baby, bringing both physical and emotional wellness into the conversation.
