MENU Welcome Drinks • Iced Bajigur | Indonesian coffee blended with coconut milk, ginger, palm sugar, and pandan served over ice • Iced Markisa | Indonesian passionfruit juice served over ice Savory Bites • Lemper | Sticky rice cake filled with spiced chicken • Martabak Telur | Pan-fried flatbread stuffed with scrambled eggs, ground beef, and onions • Lamb Satay | Grilled lamb skewers served with pickled cucumbers and peanut sauce • Pastel | Indonesian-style empanada filled with veggies and potatoes (V) • Bakwan Jagung | Crispy vegetable and corn fritters (V) Sweet Bites • Bika Ambon | A fragrant, chewy Indonesian honeycomb cake with rich coconut and pandan flavors • Srikaya Toast | Buttered toast with creamy, aromatic coconut-pandan custard • Kue Lapis Surabaya | A rich Indonesian layered butter cake with delicate vanilla and chocolate layers, finished with a thin spread of fruit jam. • Kue Jojorong | A soft pandan rice-flour cak with a sweet palm sugar center and creamy coconut topping • Papaya Pudding | Fresh papaya pudding layered with lime jelly and topped with whipped cream • Coconut Palm Sugar Rice Krispies | Crisp puffed-rice treats studded with brittle inspired by dadar gulung’s caramelized coconut and palm sugar filling. Served with a selection of traditional Indonesian tea, green tea, and decaffeinated mint tea. NOTES ON ALL VEGETARIAN SAVORY BITES OPTION: We can accommodate an all-vegetarian savory selection for a minimum of 4 (four) guests. Vegetarian guests from separate groups may be combined to meet this minimum. Once four vegetarian guests are confirmed, each participating group may either replace its standard savory bites with the vegetarian selection at no additional charge or add a separate vegetarian platter alongside the standard offering for $30 per vegetarian guest. NOTES ON COCKTAILS: This is a BYOB event, and no alcohol will be sold. A complimentary selection of donated alcoholic and non-alcoholic spirits will be available to pair with the welcome drink, while supplies last. Alcoholic: Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Bols Ginger Liqueur Non-Alcoholic: ISH Caribbean Spiced “Rhum” and Spiritless Kentucky 74 “Bourbon” Guests are also welcome to bring their own beverages.
