Join Men’s Night Run Club (MNRC) at Gather Athletic Club for The Sunday Gather[ING]—a morning of movement, connection, and shared energy. You’ll take part in three rotating fitness classes, experience Gather Athletic Club, and connect with people who are making time for their health and each other. After the workouts, stick around to meet the community and spend your Sunday morning with us. At MNRC, movement creates space for stronger bodies, clearer minds, and meaningful relationships. We’re bringing that spirit into Gather for a morning that goes beyond the workout. What to expect • Three fitness classes in a rotating group format. • A shared workout experience with the MNRC and Gather communities. • Time after the classes to connect and socialize. • A limited-capacity event with 60 total spots. Morning schedule • 7:30–8:00 AM: Arrival and check-in • 8:00–8:15 AM: Welcome, introductions, and instructions • 8:30–9:00 AM: Class 1 • 9:00–9:15 AM: Break and rotate • 9:15–9:45 AM: Class 2 • 9:45–10:00 AM: Break and rotate • 10:00–10:30 AM: Class 3 • 10:30 AM–12:00 PM: Social time What to bring Wear workout clothes and athletic shoes.
