12twenty_live 2026

12twenty_live is the premiere event where career centers come together for hands-on sessions that support your team's growth and innovation. Join us for 12twenty_live 2026, in Tempe, AZ! 12twenty_live is the annual event where career services leaders come together to share what’s working, tackle what’s not, and shape what’s next. Built for higher ed professionals across career services, employer relations, and student success, 12twenty_live is two days of real conversations, practical strategies, and ideas you can actually take back to campus and implement. Expect a mix of keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions focused on: • Turning data into decisions that drive student outcomes • Building stronger, more strategic employer partnerships • Scaling programs and services without burning out your team • Learning directly from peers who are in the work every day This isn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of conference. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, ask-questions, share-ideas, leave-with-a-plan kind of experience. You’ll also have plenty of time to connect with fellow attendees, exchange ideas, and build relationships with people who truly understand the challenges (and opportunities) in career services today. Whether you’re leading strategy or executing it, you’ll leave with new perspectives, practical takeaways, and a stronger network. Please note - 12twenty_live will be held in November this year, a change from our traditional December meeting dates.
