What began as a space for breath, movement, sound, and energetic release has continued to deepen—and we are honoring what has naturally begun to emerge within the space. Join us October 23rd at Metanoia Toolbox in Mesa for an evening of breathwork, somatic movement, sound healing, Reiki and energy work, channeled messages, and light language. This experience is an invitation to step out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body. Through conscious connected breath, we create space for the nervous system to soften and for the body to move, express, release, and simply be. There is no right way for the experience to unfold. You may find yourself moving, crying, laughing, making sound, resting in stillness, or simply breathing. Throughout the breathwork journey, Reiki and intuitive energy work will support the space, meeting you wherever your own experience takes you. Sound and vibration are woven throughout, creating another layer of support as you move deeper into the body. As the space opens, we will also allow room for intuitive and channeled messages and light language to come through. These offerings aren’t about needing to understand or interpret everything with the mind. They are an invitation to receive, notice what resonates, and let the rest simply move through.
