Grounded in Joy: Reconnect with Your Inner Little Girl

Join us for a fun, heartwarming day to reconnect with your inner little girl and spark pure joy! Grounded in Joy: Reconnect with Your Inner Little Girl This is a gentle barefoot experience created for women to slow down, reconnect with nature, and return to a softer version of themselves. Set in an open outdoor space with soft music, flowy skirts, and bare feet on the earth, this gathering invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and step into presence, playfulness, and peace. Through light movement, grounding, and intentional moments of joy, you’ll be guided back to the feeling many of us forgot—what it’s like to simply be free, expressive, and fully in the moment. This is not about performance. This is about returning to yourself. Come as you are. Leave lighter, softer, and more connected than you arrived.
