A welcoming women’s circle to connect, share, and feel supported as you step out of your head and back into your heart. A Heart-Centered Circle for Connection, Reflection & Sisterhood Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we were ever meant to carry alone. The responsibilities. The emotions. The transitions. The quiet heaviness. The stories we don’t always have space to say out loud. Healing Corazón Women’s Circle is a heart-centered gathering created to help women step out of the mind and back into the corazón through connection, reflection, sisterhood, and a safe space to share what is real. This circle is an invitation to slow down, be witnessed, feel supported, and remember that healing does not have to happen in isolation. Women have gathered in circles since ancient times — to heal, to remember who they are, and to support one another through life’s journeys. Healing Corazón honors that tradition by creating a supportive space where women can reconnect with their spirit, their voice, their inner wisdom, and the medicine that lives within them. 🕯️ Doors open 10 minutes before circle starts 🧘‍♀️ All Levels Welcome 👥 Capacity: 15 guests No prior experience is needed. You do not have to know what to say. You do not have to share if you are not ready. You are welcome to come exactly as you are. What You’ll Experience Healing Corazón is a supportive, judgment-free women’s circle where we come together to connect, reflect, and grow emotionally, personally, and spiritually. This circle is rooted in female empowerment, sisterhood, heart-centered reflection, and the wisdom of divine feminine energy. It is a space where connection becomes healing, where being heard becomes healing, and where being in a room with other women reminds us that we do not have to explain every part of ourselves to be understood. Together, we will create space to share experiences, name what has been heavy, celebrate what has been beautiful, and explore tools that support the nervous system, the heart, and the healing journey. Through reflection, intention setting, platicas, conversation, and gentle healing practices, this circle invites women to release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom. Class Structure and Flow ☮️ Opening + Grounding We begin by arriving into the space, settling the body, and setting a gentle intention for the circle. ☮️ Check-In + Sharing You’ll be guided through a supportive check-in with space to share and be witnessed. Sharing is always optional. Listening is also participation. ☮️ Lesson + Reflection Each circle includes a heart-centered teaching or reflection theme designed to support emotional awareness, personal growth, spiritual connection, and nervous system care. ☮️ Closing + Integration We close with a gentle practice, gratitude, and support to help you carry the medicine of the circle with you beyond the room. Why You May Feel Called to Join Us This circle is for women who are craving deeper connection, healing, and community. You may feel called to join if you have been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or like you have been holding too much on your own. You may also feel called if you are moving through change, seeking sisterhood, reconnecting with your voice, or simply needing a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Healing Corazón will be led by one of our trusted community partners and was created to expand access to supportive spaces where women can feel seen, heard, and held. We are honored to co-create this experience with a partner whose work aligns deeply with our values of care, safety, emotional support, and community healing. While this circle is not therapy, it is a supportive space for connection, reflection, and shared healing. We are more than a studio. We are a community-centered space rooted in healing, education, connection, and personal growth. Our mission is to create accessible and welcoming experiences where people from all walks of life can explore wellness in a way that feels safe, grounded, and real. At The Healing Tree Collective, we believe healing should not feel intimidating, exclusive, or out of reach. You do not need to have prior experience. You do not need to know how to meditate. You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or have the right words. You simply get to come as you are. Our space offers a variety of holistic wellness experiences including sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, meditation, yoga, Tai Chi, somatic movement, tuning fork therapy, women’s circles, community gatherings, private healing sessions, special events, workplace wellness experiences, and space rentals for aligned facilitators and practitioners. Each class and event is created with intention. Some experiences are designed to help you rest and regulate your nervous system. Some help you release stress, reconnect with your body, or process emotions in a supportive way. Some are centered around movement, breath, energy, sound, or community connection. While every offering is different, the purpose remains the same: to help people come home to themselves. Our work is rooted in the values of community, accessibility, integrity, inclusivity, creativity, collaboration, and care. We believe people heal more deeply when they feel seen, supported, and connected. That is why we are passionate about creating spaces where people can receive support without judgment and explore practices that help them feel more grounded in everyday life.
