Full description from organizer

Meet construction and property pros in person, swap ideas, and build partnerships to move projects forward. Phoenix Project Partner Room Construction & Property Connections One room. Useful conversations. Better next steps. Phoenix has no shortage of construction, property, and business networking events. The problem is rarely meeting more people. The problem is knowing: who is actually relevant to the work you do. Phoenix Project Partner Room is a structured 32-person professional exchange for people working across: • construction; • property operations; • project delivery; • architecture and design; • construction technology; • professional services; • development; • built-environment businesses. There is: • no keynote; • no panel; • no exhibitor floor; • no mandatory sales pitch. Instead, attendees move through several facilitated rounds designed around: DELIVER → NEED → MATCH → NEXT STEP Before the event, paid attendees complete a Project Partner Brief. The organizer uses those profiles to prepare most table placements in advance. During the evening, participants discuss: • what they genuinely deliver; • what kinds of project needs they understand; • what professional gaps they are trying to fill; • where collaboration or referral potential may exist. The goal is not to meet everyone. The goal is to identify: a smaller number of conversations worth continuing. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Designed for professionals across the Phoenix built-environment ecosystem, including: • general contractors; • subcontractors; • construction managers; • suppliers; • specialty service providers; • property managers; • real-estate operators; • architects; • engineers; • designers; • project consultants; • BIM / VDC professionals; • construction technology providers; • operations specialists; • commercial development professionals; • professional service firms supporting projects; • business owners serving construction and property markets. You should arrive able to explain: • what you deliver; • where you are relevant; • what type of professional connection would be useful. • 5:15–5:30 PM - Check-In + Project Cards Guests check in, receive their Project Connection Card, confirm profile details, and get their first table assignment. • 5:30–5:40 PM - Welcome + Working Rules Introduction to the Deliver → Need → Match → Next Step format, timing, privacy, rotations, and no-aggressive-solicitation policy. • 5:40–6:05 PM - Round I: Capability Circles Small groups of four discuss what they deliver, where they are relevant, and which project problems they understand. • 6:05–6:30 PM - Round II: Project Need Exchange New table groups explore current needs, capability gaps, referral goals, and what would make a professional connection useful. • 6:30–6:40 PM - Reset + Match Refinement Attendees update their Project Cards while the organizer uses the pre-built Match Matrix to confirm Round III placements. • 6:40–7:10 PM - Round III: Partner Match Participants meet complementary professionals based on capability, current need, project relevance, and potential follow-up value. • 7:10–7:35 PM - Referral + Collaboration Tables Groups explore credible referral relationships, common project handoffs, and useful partner types without making project or contract promises. • 7:35–7:50 PM - Next-Step Mapping Each attendee records one person to follow up with, why the connection matters, one question to clarify, and a target follow-up date. • 7:50–8:00 PM - Closing Connections Final conversations plus instructions for Double Opt-in Follow-Up, Priority Partner requests, privacy, and post-event resources.
