Reiki and Release

Join us for a relaxing mid-morning of Reiki healing and emotional release - let go of stress and find inner peace! Welcome to Reiki and Release! Join us for a deeply restorative and transformational experience at Dare to Heal, LLC. Reiki and Release combines the gentle power of Reiki energy healing, nervous system regulation, guided reflection, and therapeutic touch to help you release stress, tension, and emotional weight stored in the body. Unlike larger healing events, this is an intimate small-group experience limited to just 4 participants. The small group setting allows for individualized attention, a greater sense of safety, and a more supportive environment for healing and connection. Throughout the experience, Monique Gomez, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Trauma & Resilience Coach, will guide participants through grounding practices, breathwork, and Reiki energy healing designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. With your consent, participants may also receive brief therapeutic bodywork or massage-based touch to support physical relaxation and deepen the healing experience. All touch is optional, participant-led, and will be discussed beforehand to ensure comfort and safety. This experience is ideal for those who: • Feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally exhausted • Carry tension in their body that never seems to go away • Desire a deeper connection with themselves • Want a safe space to let go, receive support, and recharge • Are curious about Reiki, bodywork, and holistic healing Leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.
