Through gentle movement, intentional breathing, and focused awareness, Autumn QiGong offers an opportunity to slow down and reconnect as the seasons change. This accessible practice is designed to cultivate balance, release tension, calm the mind, and support the body’s natural energy. No previous QiGong experience is necessary. Attend the complete 7-week series or register for individual classes.
