What happens when alternative pop, deep house, slow trance & country instrumentation collide? Come find out at Brooke Belaire’s live debut. Brooke Belaire Live! what genre is this? Brooke Belaire brings her genre-shifting alternative sound to Pittsburgh at The Poetry Lounge for her debut live performance. Her catalog moves between hypnotic alternative pop, deep-house bass, slow-trance rhythms, dark electronic production, cinematic strings and unexpected country textures. Whisper-soft vocals remain at the center, giving every song the same intimate, sensual tension even as the sound changes around them. One song pulls you into a dark alternative haze. The next belongs in a nightclub, a film or somewhere with no existing name. This isn't a performance built around one genre. It is an introduction to the world of Brooke Belaire, experienced live for the very first time.
