About this event

Join us for online guided meditation sessions and community. In-person and on-line Guided Mindfulness Meditation Every Third Monday Awaken Pittsburgh is offering regular guided meditations open to anyone! This is a chance to practice in community together. Instruction will be provided, so beginners are welcome.

Each session follows the same format: introductions, a period of guided meditation, and then a chance to support one another, discuss how our meditations are going at home, and ask any questions we have about practice. There is no charge for attending, but donations to support our work are appreciated. We hope to see you there! If you are attending virtually, THE ZOOM LINK WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM IF YOU REGISTER AND DO NOT RECEIVE IT. Eventbrite does not allow for links to be posted on hybrid events. Please note that if no one is present on-line 15 minutes after the start time we may close the zoom.
