Get a workout, fall in love with adoptable pups, take home a bouquet (and maybe a furbaby!) all while supporting a wonderful rescue! Experience a 30-minute [solidcore] mat class inspired by the signature strength-training reformer workouts. Come move, sweat, shake, and connect with us! This high-intensity, low-impact workout will challenge your core, build strength, and leave you feeling strong and centered. While you work out, you’ll get snuggle adorable rescue pups, all looking for their fur-ever home! After class, pick your own flowers and create a beautiful bouquet to take home! Half of all proceeds will go directly to Team Memphis. 💐🐶
