Shadow Work Wednesday

A guided shadow work class for self-awareness, emotional healing, inner child work, nervous system support, and personal transformation. There are parts of ourselves we were taught to hide. Parts we silenced. Parts we abandoned simply to survive. Shadow work is the practice of gently turning toward those pieces with compassion instead of fear. Shadow Work Wednesday is a monthly healing and self-awareness class inside Enchanted Alchemy designed to support emotional healing, personal growth, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-understanding through guided reflection and intentional inner work. Led by Dr. Britnie Winter, Doctor of Metaphysics, Usui Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher, this class creates a grounded and supportive space to explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, wounds, triggers, fears, and protective behaviors that shape our lives beneath the surface. This is not about judgment. It is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about becoming aware, compassionate, honest, and whole.
