Sound Bath: An Afternoon of Deep Rest

Rest comfortably while immersed in soothing sounds designed to encourage deep relaxation, stillness, and a sense of calm. Give yourself an afternoon to slow down, unplug, and simply rest. During this immersive sound bath, you'll settle into a comfortable position while listening to the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other sound instruments. There's nothing you need to do or achieve—simply get comfortable, listen, and allow yourself to receive the experience. Every person's experience with sound is different. You may leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, refreshed, or simply grateful for having taken some intentional time to slow down. No prior experience is necessary. You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, or one can be provided at no additional cost. Blankets, bolsters, and blocks are also available so you can create a comfortable resting position. Please note: This sound bath is being offered as part of my ongoing professional sound healing certification.
