Guided Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Experience Reconnect with nature and find your balance. Stand up paddle board yoga class includes 50-minute guided class combing mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation on your paddleboard in a peaceful lake setting. No prior paddle board or yoga experience necessary—beginners are welcome! After class, your adventure doesn’t have to end. Enjoy up to 60 additional minutes of complimentary paddle time to explore the lake at your own pace, soak in the scenery, practice your paddling skills, or simply relax on your board. Yoga Teacher: Emily Cyphers (RYT-200) Pricing: $40 – Includes paddleboard, paddle, leash, anchor, and PFD, plus the full yoga experience and complimentary paddle time. $20 – Bring your own paddleboard and equipment (PFD required). Includes the guided yoga class and complimentary paddle time. (Additional $5 for anchor rental if needed).
