Winter Sound Bath

Unwind and recharge with soothing sounds that’ll melt your winter stress away. The season gets busy. Gift a little time to yourself. Between holiday plans, responsibilities, and the many things competing for your attention, it can be hard to find a moment to simply slow down. Join Natalie for a peaceful winter sound bath at Rosslyn Farms Community Center. Settle into a comfortable resting position, close your eyes if you wish, and let the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, with other immersive instruments weaving in and out. For one hour, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish. Just give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and enjoy a little stillness in the middle of a busy season. Whether you’ve attended a sound bath before or are curious to experience one for the first time, you are welcome - no experience needed.
