Aloka — Park Lab is Aloka's summer nature meditation ceremony — 90 minutes of sound, breath, and somatic practice held on the forested slopes of Mt. Tabor. A practice of grounding and balance. Park Lab is part of the LAB series — Listen · Allow · Belong. THE ARC A 90-minute outdoor ritual, shaped by the day and the light. Open — Gather on the grass. Settle in. Land in the body with a brief somatic tune-in. Breath — Guided breathwork to drop into the parasympathetic. Sound — Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and shamanic instruments under the canopy. Listen — 2-minute listen. Close — Energy work and Graham's signature send-off. Out into the long summer evening. THE ESSENTIALS • Arrive on time. We start with the light. • BYO setup.
