As the tones of crystal singing bowls gently fill the room, your body naturally shifts from doing to being. The mind softens. The breath deepens. Your whole system begins to settle. This experience is designed to support deep relaxation and help you unwind from the pace of everyday life. You may notice yourself feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply restored — not just relaxed, but truly rested. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be available but feel free to bring your own or anything else that helps you feel extra cozy.
