Every body is welcome, and no experience is needed. Create: A creative affirmation activity. You'll color an original art card and write a message to carry with you from today. All supplies are provided. Your instructor: Autumne Coleman is an ISSA Certified Senior Fitness Instructor, Yoga 200-hr Instructor, Health Coach, Holistic Art & Creative Wellness Practitioner and an initiated Sacred Woman through Queen Afua's Sacred Woman teachings.
