Through movement, film, sound, text, and shifting physical figures, performer Olga Kravtsova moves through a dreamlike world of memory, labor, inheritance, womanhood, and transformation. Rather than telling one linear story, Harvest unfolds like a series of embodied fables: images appear, disappear, and leave traces behind. For this November presentation, Harvest of Woman expands into a four-day guest artist series at Performance Works Northwest. Across the run, five invited artist projects bring their own distinct performance worlds into the space, creating a different encounter each day. Come for Harvest. Come for a guest artist you already know. Or come without knowing exactly what you’re walking into. The room is small, the audience is close, and every evening will be different.
