Soma Flow: A Somatic Movement Practice for Strength, Fluidity, and Integration Fridays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm Upstairs in our Healing Space Experience a trans*formative 60-minute somatic ritual that invites you to deepen your connection with your body and authentic expression. The experience begins with 15-20 minutes of gentle mobility, breathwork, and yoga to awaken and prepare the body, followed by 30-35 minutes of Pilates, somatics, and dance, igniting the body with strength and fluid movement that disrupts rigidity and encourages play in embodiment. We conclude with a 5-10 minute meditation, creating space for rest, reflection and integration. This ritual is not merely a workout; it weaves together multiple modalities to hold authentic embodiment and regenerate the nervous system, while nurturing our relationship in every direction with activation and rest.
