Strength & Sip Wellness Social: fitness class, vendors, food & drink, photo booth, swag bag, wellness shot & more. Neutral tones! Join us for a Strength and Sip Wellness Social, a morning built around community, connection, and fun. Bring a friend and come move, mingle, and enjoy a little wellness together. We'll kick things off with a low impact fitness class, roughly 45 to 50 minutes, incorporating a little Sculpt, Pilates, and Abs by Angie. Doors open at 9:45, and mats and yoga blocks will be provided. A wellness shot will also be provided before class if you'd like it, included in your ticket. After class, stick around and stay a while. Mingle, chat, catch up with old friends and make new ones, and don't forget to snap some pictures. There will be plenty of vendors to browse, food, drinks, a photo booth, giveaways and a swag bag included with your ticket, with more being added as we get closer, so stay tuned. We're keeping the vibe bright and fun for this one, so feel free to wear any pink or navy blue that feel good to you!
