The Thinning Veil Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: An Honoring of Ancestors

All Hallows' Eve Celebration: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of Crystal Bowls and Honor Our Ancestors Honoring the dead is an age-old and cross-cultural practice. This time of year is when the veil is said to be thinnest between the walking/waking world and the Spirit world. It is a time to pay tribute to, call upon, give thanks, and remember our Ancestors. In some traditions it is believed the Spirits of the dead are not able to move on from this world and find peace unless they are remembered. Join in community and honor our ancestors together. This sound bath consists of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being. *Please arrive early to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked at start of event. Dress in layers for warmth. There are plenty of mats, and some blankets (these tend to run out during colder months) and bolsters to use at the studio while supplies last. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort. I suggest you have: blanket, eye mask, pillow. * *You are welcome to park in the A-boy plumbing parking lot on the corner of NE 40th and Broadway after 6pm. ***I always set up an altar space so please bring a small item to place on it during the sound bath to honor someone/something, set an intention or infuse with good energy <3 Some of the sound healing benefits you may experience: •release of tension and stress • deep sense of connection • emotional release •reduced anxiety • improved sleep • mental clarity and… much more See my website for more offerings Follow me on Instagram or Facebook
